Our Collaboration
We strive to create a pleasant environment for our employees where they enjoy coming to work. Our central location near the train station and downtown Leipzig is just one aspect of this. Our Projects
The bulk of our daily work takes place in agile software projects with clients from all industries. Technologically, the projects are generally open-ended, but quality, agile work, and taking responsibility at all levels are central cornerstones.
Time and again, we at IT Sonix find ways to support great ideas—whether they come from partnerships, customers, or even our employees—to build them from the ground up and turn them into reality.

Our Lives After Work
We care about our employees’ health and work-life balance. In addition to fresh fruit and a wide selection of beverages, we also offer the opportunity to visit the nearby John Reed gym or go for a jog during lunch break and use our showers. Eye exams, vaccinations, height-adjustable desks, and on-site massages also make life more enjoyable.
In addition to group activities like table tennis, foosball, and biking, our employees also regularly get together for LAN parties and game nights at our offices. We’re also proud of our successful performances in company, city, and cross-country runs. That makes the company-sponsored ice cream on hot summer days all the more enjoyable.

In addition to our work on projects, the professional development of our employees is a key priority. It’s not just the language courses we offer that help with this. Our series of inspirational talks, the company library, and the work in our specialized teams—ranging from VR/AR to data science and cloud implementation—also help our employees grow.
