Our Application Process

Application
Have you found a position that interests you? If so, we look forward to receiving your application, which should include your resume, cover letter, and references, as well as your earliest possible start date and your current salary expectations.
Feel free to show us what you can do: code samples, a portfolio, a website, or other examples of your work are welcome. Once we've received your application, you'll receive a confirmation of receipt via email.

Preliminary Assessment
As soon as we receive your complete application, we will take the time to carefully review your documents. We will get back to you in writing within two weeks at the latest.
If we have any questions or would like to schedule an initial meeting, we will contact you by phone or email.

Getting to Know Each Other
During our first conversation with our HR team, we’ll get to know each other in a relaxed setting via Microsoft Teams. We’ll talk openly about expectations, see if there’s a professional fit, and, most importantly, if we click.
You'll get a glimpse into IT Sonix, and we'd like to learn more about your background, your goals, and what you're looking for next. Please set aside about 30–45 minutes for this.

Follow-up Meeting on Site – Professional Exchange
Next, we'll invite you to our office so you can meet our team of experts and our HR department in person. Alternatively, the interview can also be conducted remotely.
During the interview, we'll delve deeper into professional topics: We'll discuss your work style and your past experience, and together we'll explore how your strengths align with the responsibilities and key focus areas of the open position.
In addition to our questions, there will be plenty of time and opportunity during the interview for an open discussion and for you to ask us questions. Our experts will be happy to give you insights into their day-to-day work, current projects, and what it’s really like to work at IT Sonix.
Now we just need to meet with the management. The goal is to decide together whether a partnership would be a good fit for both sides.
Contract Negotiations
You're almost there: The next step is a phone interview with HR to discuss the contract. During this call, we'll address any outstanding questions, discuss the general terms, and work out details such as your start date, salary, and any potential benefits.
You'll then have some time to think it over and review everything at your leisure. If you decide to move forward, we'll draw up the contract and schedule an appointment for you to sign it at our office.
