Many fleets have extensive telematics, repair shop, and dispatch data, but they rarely analyze it systematically. According to Bitkom, 82 percent of companies view the current economic crisis as also a crisis of hesitant digitalization, and 73 percent say that Germany has already lost market share due to slow digitalization (Bitkom, 2025).
