On 23 and 24 November 2024, we participated in the 6th Job Fair Leipzig at the KONGRESSHALLE am Zoo. Organised by BARLAG werbe- & messeagentur, the event brought together over 100 exhibitors and numerous visitors, creating an ideal platform for networking and talent discovery.

For us, the event was a great success and marked a special milestone: the debut of our new exhibition booth. Designed to be modern, inviting, and aligned with our core values, it provided the perfect setting to engage with interested attendees.

Over the course of the two days, our Xperts had numerous exciting conversations. We were particularly thrilled by the strong interest in IT career opportunities, from aspiring professionals to seasoned experts. Many visitors appreciated the chance to discuss our company culture and the diverse prospects at IT Sonix directly with our team.

The fair's accompanying programme – including CV checks and workshops – further enriched the experience, making the event valuable for all participants.

Our takeaway: The Job Fair Leipzig was not only a fantastic opportunity to showcase our company and open culture but also to reinforce Leipzig as an attractive IT hub. We are already looking forward to the next fair and the many connections we can build upon in the coming months.
