Once again this year, IT Sonix was out in full force at CAGGTUS Leipzig—and it was well worth it! From April 11 to 13, 2025, the Leipzig Trade Fair once again transformed into Germany’s gaming hotspot. Our Xperts were right in the thick of it and put their skills to the test. Weeks of preparation paid off, as our teams began their intensive training early on. In addition to joint online sessions, we even organized our own IT Sonix LAN party to prepare for the competitions.
With a total of four teams, we went into the tournaments highly motivated. Our League of Legends team, consisting of five Xperts, demonstrated impressive teamwork and tactical finesse. In the CS2 tournament, IT Sonix was even represented by multiple teams: Both our five-player team and our Wingman teams faced off in thrilling matches and impressed with their quick reflexes and strong team chemistry. In virtual soccer, two of our Xperts also gave it their all in EA SPORTS FC 25. Each of our teams fought with total dedication and experienced intense, thrilling matches. Even though we didn’t win a trophy in the end, we could be more than satisfied with our performance. After all, our CS2 five-player team made it all the way to the playoffs.
CAGGTUS 2025 was a huge success for us. In addition to the competition, the focus was above all on team spirit, a passion for gaming, and lots of fun. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the camaraderie within our teams grew with every round we played. We’re already looking forward to next year and can’t wait to see what challenges await us then!
