On 12 December, our Xperts gathered at the historic Moritzbastei to celebrate the year in a relaxed atmosphere. The ancient fortress provided the perfect location for celebrating and creating new memories together.

The evening kicked off with a warm welcome and a buffet themed "British Christmas." From traditional classics like Scotch Eggs and Shepherd’s Pie to vegan and vegetarian options, there was something to delight every palate. With delicious food and lively conversations, the familiar team spirit that defines our daily work quickly emerged.

But the evening was not just a culinary delight – it also offered a rich cultural programme. Steffi Lampe captivated the audience with her humorous puppetry, bringing laughter and wonder. Theresa Ivanovic then delivered an elegant touch with her dance performance, followed by the Theatre Titanick, which impressed with a creative production full of surprising elements. A stylish jazz band rounded off the evening, its vibrant tunes creating an inviting atmosphere that lasted well into the night.

Beyond the performances and the food, the evening's focus was clear: enjoying time together. The casual setting provided a perfect opportunity to connect outside of the workday, strengthen existing relationships, and forge new ones. Moments like these enhance team cohesion and demonstrate the importance of togetherness in our work.
