Our job application process

Job applications

What is important for us in the first step? Please send us current, informative and complete application documents such as cover letter, curriculum vitae as well as job and educational certificates so that we can start a joint application process. Please always state your current notice period and salary expectations. In addition to these points, you are also welcome to provide us with examples of your coding work, your own homepage or other materials.
After preparing your application documents, choose a position that suits you and fill out the online form in full. OR Send your speculative application stating your preferred position(s) to jobs@itsonix.eu. So you can be sure that we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email.

First impressions

After we have received your complete application, we like to take the time to check your details and documents for suitability and completeness. If you have any questions, or if we want to make appointments for a job interview or an initial telephone interview, we will contact you by phone or email.

Review of technical qualifications

The first interview will take place via Microsoft Teams or in person on our premises. You will get a first-hand impression of our company, get to know our specialists and managers, and discuss expectations concerning skills and qualifications.

Personal impressions

After a successful first interview, we will invite you to a second introductory interview with our management and the HR department. This is an opportunity to obtain comprehensive information about the company and the induction process.
