We are supporting the Europe-wide merchandise distributor Impericon in redesigning their webshop user interface. The existing website is set to be replaced with a modern PWA and the design will be completely overhauled. We are creating an innovative purchasing and user experience.

Results
Customers of the Impericon webshop can access a modern, customised website. The implemented improvements have increased the user-friendliness as well as customers’ willingness to buy. The basic concept developed by us makes it easy for Impericon to design large parts of the webshop in house.
Outlook
Our successful collaboration is continuing. Further steps will be taken to optimise user focus and increase the conversion rate. There are already plans for comprehensive user research and an A/B test.
