The planning phase was characterized by close collaboration: IT Sonix was involved from the very beginning as the central point of contact for all portal-related modifications and, together with the teams at Daimler Truck AG, developed a concept for a front end that delivers an exceptional user experience.
IT Sonix handled all project management and software development, provided the product owner, and developed the design in accordance with Mercedes-Benz Trucks’ corporate identity guidelines. Through an iterative process, graphical innovations and design improvements were effectively implemented. Constant communication and mutual feedback enabled the rapid creation of prototypes and ensured a high-quality final product.
