On 18 October, it was once again time to proclaim, "O’zapft is!" in our X Lounge. From 4pm sharp, the space transformed into an authentic “Wiesn” tent – decorated in white and blue. As in previous years, our Xperts took the opportunity to connect in a relaxed atmosphere and celebrate the end of the workday together.

The culinary offerings were once again a highlight. Traditional Bavarian delicacies such as pretzels with Obazda, “Leberkäse”, “Wurstsalat”, and vegan potato salad offered something for everyone. The freshly tapped festival beer, which brought back memories of Munich's Oktoberfest for some, perfectly rounded off the evening.

Around 15 colleagues gathered in the X Lounge to enjoy the warm and friendly atmosphere. The cosy room, adorned with festive decorations, transported us mentally to the Theresienwiese for a few hours. This year, too, we set the mood with a mix of Bavarian music and a compilation of past Oktoberfest celebrations, reminiscing about previous events.

Once again, our Oktoberfest was a great success. With good food and cold drinks, we wrapped up the evening in a relaxed manner. There were many opportunities to deepen connections and strengthen team spirit. The consistently positive feedback shows that we succeeded in bringing a touch of Oktoberfest flair to our offices at Georgiring.
