This weekend, we took part in the "Sparkassen-Tischtennis-Firmen-Cup" in Leipzig with three teams. For the 12th time, the event attracted numerous companies to the sports hall, who put their sporting spirit to the test on a total of 21 tables. It also rained trophies and medals for our Xperts.

After narrowly missing out on the trophy for the best mixed doubles team (5th place) last year, Danny Hucke and Tobias Meier were able to seal the deal this year. The victory in Group 5 (65th place) was rewarded with a medal for Frank Springsguth and Thomas Winkler. Christian Sünder and Thomas Schütz finished in 21st place, putting them solidly in the top thirty.

In addition to the competition, the event also allows for a lot of fun and networking. Above all, the motto "play, play, play" makes the company cup particularly attractive, as no team is eliminated prematurely. A weekly training session and regular matches in our own IT Sonix table tennis league prepared our team sufficiently for the competition. With three leagues at different levels and a total of 33 players, our league is currently at a record high.

We are proud of our sports-loving employees and their active participation in internal and external sporting events. Whenever we have opportunities to support our employees outside of work, we try to take advantage of them. Whether it's a gaming festival or a sports competition.
