During the World Usability Day 2019 “Designing for the future we want” in Leipzig, we provided an exclusive Business Track programme for decision-makers from small and medium-sized regional companies for the first time ever.
Under the slogan “Deciding for the future we want”, participants had the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the work of usability engineers and interface designers, to discuss current trends and future topics and to exchange their own experiences from the user experience context.
In the Business Track programme, we particularly focussed on addressing the issue of what user-centred design can achieve in digitalisation, what investments are required and how the user-centred design process can be best integrated into company and/or project processes.
