What is World Usability Day?
World Usability Day (WUD), launched in the United States in 2005, has become a globally celebrated professional event that takes place every year on the second Thursday in November. With a focus on usability and user experience (UX), WUD provides a platform for sharing knowledge and experiences.
Traditionally, admission to the events is free, which allows for broad participation. Funding comes from sponsors who support the WUD and thus make an important contribution to promoting the usability and UX community.
The WUD has also had a presence in Leipzig since 2017 and has established itself as the central gathering place for the Central German UX community.
