This year, IT Sonix has taken significant steps to evolve its organisational structure and enhance its agility. The main focus has been on decentralising responsibility and giving our Xperts more space for individual development.
A key milestone was the introduction of two new roles: Circle Lead and Career Partner.
• Circle Leads oversee the professional development of topics within their specialised “Circles.” Our twelve Circles – covering areas such as Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things – allow team members to voluntarily participate in joint initiatives and explore new technologies, work methods, or forms of collaboration.
• Career Partners support the long-term development of their assigned team members. Combining mentoring, coaching, and guidance, this role is entirely free of disciplinary responsibilities. Employees choose their Career Partner themselves to ensure the best fit for their individual goals.
Another major step has been a change in our executive management structure. To distribute strategic responsibilities more effectively, we have introduced internal committees and leads.
These committees and leads – composed of experienced Xperts and specialists – advise the executive management on strategic matters, develop proposals, and make decisions on key topics such as business alignment, culture, and processes. We believe that collaboration from multiple perspectives leads to more sustainable and innovative solutions.
Our new structure aims not only to enhance the agility and resilience of the company but also to further strengthen IT Sonix as an attractive employer. Over the coming months, we will monitor how these changes unfold and what new opportunities emerge.
