When the sun peeks through our office windows more often, spring is finally here - and with it, our much-anticipated spring party! To mark this annual tradition, all our employees and their families, young and old, were invited to take a break from the daily grind on May 15.

In bright sunshine, we were able to enjoy the start of spring to the full on our cozy roof terrace and the smell of the best barbecue food. Our grill masters were busy wielding their tongs to satisfy all our hungry guests. From savory to sweet, from meaty to vegetarian - there was something for everyone.

In addition to the culinary highlights, there was also a varied entertainment program this year. The table tennis table was very popular with both adults and children, and the balls were played back and forth diligently. The younger guests were able to play, run around, throw cups and paint pictures on an exciting adventure course. An exploratory tour of our offices and our hardware laboratory gave our guests a deep insight into our working world.

During our project presentations, interested visitors were able to take a look behind the scenes of exciting automotive and energy projects and be inspired by our enthusiasm for innovation. Our Sustainability Guild also took the opportunity to provide a comprehensive overview of our climate protection initiatives.

Our management also took the opportunity to honor several employees who are celebrating their 5th and 10th anniversaries with us this year. We are very grateful for the good cooperation!

The successful implementation of such a celebration requires thorough planning and active support from our employees.We would like to thank them for their commitment by giving something back to them through such events.
