Mother's Day, Father's Day, Family Day ... May brings a lot of things together and the topic of family was also very high on our agenda. On 11 May, we held our annual spring festival, to which all the relatives of our employees – from young to old – were cordially invited. Together we took a little time out from our daily business.

For the children there was, among other things, an adventure course with different activities. There was throwing, balancing and painting. Of course, there was also a video game console and our employees introduced the little ones to programming in a playful way. A tour of our offices and our hardware laboratory offered interesting insights into our daily work. Those who wanted to delve a little deeper into our projects could do so at the project stands in one of our conference rooms. From renewable energies to telematics and logistics applications, everything was there. Our Sustainability Guild also took the opportunity to introduce itself to a wider audience and give a comprehensive overview of our climate protection activities.

At our spring festival provided an opportunity not only to quench one's thirst for knowledge, but also actual thirst. Savoury delicacies from the grill and sweet treats from the oven accompanied the exciting day. In order for such a celebration to be successful, it naturally takes a lot of organisation and effort on the part of our staff, to whom we would like to give something back for their commitment with events like this.

The modern world of work is subject to constant change, which also brings new requirements – for our employees as well as for us as a company.
