In order to drive the energy transition forward together, it is important to constantly seek new impetus and strive for collaboration. The annual Intersolar in Munich offers a good opportunity to do this. Over the years, the event has grown into one of the world's leading trade fairs for the solar industry and brings together the most important players in the sector. Our sales team was there and looked around for the latest trends in solar energy at the 111,000 square metre trade fair with a total of 1,500 exhibitors.

Compared to recent years, it is noticeable that the proportion of software development companies has risen significantly. Companies from Asia in particular are increasingly pushing into the European market in this area. While the really big innovations have failed to materialise this time, it is clear to see that the range of solar energy products and services is becoming increasingly widespread. Solutions that we have been realising for years with well-known energy companies, such as applications for solar power storage or virtual power plants, have now also reached the mainstream.

Our sales team was able to hold many interesting discussions and also had a brief chat at the Qcells stand, where Akkodis exhibited its WallBox, among other things. With our projects and software applications, we stand for a sustainable future and are always on the lookout for new ways to support smart and green solutions.
